Forenede Service has until now been part of the Forenede Group, a family-owned company with roots in Denmark, which has built a strong presence in Sweden. With dedicated employees, the company delivers high-quality services to both private and public sector clients.
For Northclean, this acquisition provides an opportunity to complement and broaden its service offering within the industry, reach new geographic markets, and create synergies with existing companies in the group. The acquisition brings 1,500 employees and a strong customer base across both public and private sectors, making Northclean one of the leading players in the Swedish market.

Forenede Service will continue to operate as an independent company within Northclean and, as part of the transaction, will undergo a rebranding and name change. In the short term, the focus will be on ensuring continuity for employees and customers during the transition phase, with a clear plan for separation from the previous owner that preserves Forenede Service’s strong service delivery, culture, and values.
The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authority and is expected to close during Q4 2025.
