Clean Factory was founded back in 1997 and focuses on private clients within commercial and residential cleaning, primarily in the Stockholm area. The company generates annual revenues of just over SEK 50 million and has around 130 employees.

Clean Factory is a well-managed and stable company with a long-standing presence in the cleaning industry, serving loyal customers through dedicated and experienced employees. We strongly believe that the company will continue to develop positively, and we hope that, as new owners, we can contribute to that journey”, says Kristian Holmström, Northclean and new Chairman of Clean Factory.

The acquisition of Clean Factory complements Northclean’s other group companies well, strengthening its position particularly within private corporate cleaning in the Stockholm region.

Northclean is a very good home for Clean Factory in its continued development. We see clear benefits from the transaction for both our customers and our employees”, says Lars Tunberg, former main owner of Clean Factory.

We look forward to becoming part of a larger organization, with exciting and improved opportunities to further develop our customer offering, our expertise, and the market” says Mattias Åberg, CEO at Clean Factory.
