In connection with the acquisition, founder Peter Westring is selling his ownership stake in Rengörare Näslund, while the remaining shareholders — including Victor Press (current Chairman of the Board) and the management team — will become significant shareholders in Northclean and continue as co-owners of Rengörare Näslund. The team at Rengörare Näslund, led by CEO Sunny Quddus, will continue to run the company.
