My name is Anette Siltberg, and I am the Quality and Training Manager at Northclean. In my role, I am responsible for monitoring, developing and ensuring that our services maintain a high and consistent level of quality. This includes identifying areas for improvement, establishing clear procedures and ensuring that our working methods continuously evolve.
As a trainer, I also work to strengthen our employees’ skills and create a shared understanding of what quality means in practice. For me, it is about turning words into action — making quality a natural part of everyday work.
INSTA 800 is a standardized system for evaluating cleaning quality. The cleaning results in the premises are assessed against a predefined quality level agreed upon in collaboration with our clients. Our employees responsible for quality follow-ups are certified at levels 3 and 4.
Through INSTA 800, we establish a common framework that ensures we and our clients share the same understanding of cleaning quality. This creates clarity and facilitates constructive dialogue.
Northclean can also offer inspections in accordance with the Danish hygiene standard DS 2451. This standard has primarily been adopted within healthcare cleaning in Sweden.
